KHATA RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Vintage Items
All vintage sales are final and non-refundable, as each piece is carefully curated for its uniqueness and quality. Please review item descriptions and photos thoroughly before purchasing.

Home Goods
We accept returns on home goods within 14 days of the shipment confirmation email. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange. A $5 fee applies to return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the shipment confirmation email to be eligible.
• Returns received after the 14-day window will not qualify for a refund.
• Free shipping applies to orders over $200. For orders below $200, standard shipping rates apply.

Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders.

International Orders
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
